1. Operator and acceptance
Super Beach is developed and operated under the KD Labs brand by Douglas Elias Mota Cardoso, an individual. Contact: [email protected].
By using the service after having access to these Terms, you agree to the applicable conditions. Accepting them independently and purchasing PRO requires being at least 18 or having full legal capacity. Minors need a parent’s or legal guardian’s permission and supervision. Age and permission are not automatically verified.
2. Service and license
The app supports tournament creation, pairing and schedule generation according to each format, rounds, scores, standings, tiebreaks, podiums, Circuits with stages, backups and sharing. Live Links are optional. Super formats with groups and Circuits are available in the formats and under the conditions shown in the app; they are not merely future features.
You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app subject to these Terms, mandatory rights and platform rules. On iOS, Apple’s standard EULA applies; these Terms supplement the service conditions and do not replace it. Ownership of the code, brands or original materials is not transferred.
3. Organization and results
The organizer is responsible for entered data, permission to use names and other information, settings, selected rules, links between stages and participants, scores and publication decisions. The organizer must correct errors and review results before relying on or sharing them.
The app calculates results according to the format, selected criteria and available data, retaining historical ranking policies where applicable. Individual standings do not mean the matches are singles. These Terms do not create additional competition rules or replace legitimate organizer decisions.
Circuits aggregate linked stages according to their settings; changes to results, criteria or links may change standings. Finalizing a Circuit does not automatically publish the collection online. The organizer must have an appropriate basis for minors’ data and consider their best interests before publishing.
4. Local data and storage updates
Your collection is stored on your device. An update may require local migration. The app checks the transfer before activating the new storage; a failure may require another attempt, free space or a later fix. Recovery is not guaranteed.
If the source is compatible, the app may offer continued use of the previous storage after confirmation. This mode keeps the collection editable but may lose the latest change after an abrupt shutdown. Your choice is retained; a new attempt requires an action in Settings and includes retained changes. The app does not keep both stores editable at the same time or automatically return to the source after activating the new storage.
When safe automatic recovery is unavailable, the app may offer to start without the previous data, after confirming which data is affected, including existing destination data where applicable. It will no longer be accessible in the app; recovery is not guaranteed. The source is preserved separately when technically possible, but this is not an external backup.
There is no automatic synchronization of the collection to our own cloud. Do not uninstall or clear app data to try to recover from a failure. Insufficient space or an inability to write may also prevent creating a new collection.
5. Backups, restoration and sharing
You are responsible for generating, checking and keeping your backups. In version 1.5.0 for Android and iOS, the interface generates only standard backups, without encryption or private Live Link control.
Protected administrative backups created by earlier versions can be opened with their password to import compatible content, without reinstating private control of those links in the current storage. A legacy file may contain these controls, so protect both the file and its password, which KD Labs cannot recover. The current backup screen does not generate new administrative backups.
Review the Merge, Replace or Import as a copy preview before confirming. Replace may make current data unavailable. Copies receive independent identities, retain compatible relationships and do not take control of the original links. Invalid, incomplete or incompatible files, or files with unverifiable relationships, may be rejected. Larger or newer files may not be accepted by earlier app versions.
A backup does not grant PRO or guarantee complete recovery. Technical recovery materials, when offered after a failure, may contain source data and private controls; they are separate from standard backups and are not necessarily restorable through the normal flow. The full laboratory diagnostic exporter is not a user feature of this production version.
Sharing images, PDFs, CSV files, text or other files requires your action and is subject to the recipient’s rules. Files use the language selected when generated without translating entered names; earlier copies are not changed.
6. Live Links
The organizer chooses to publish the data needed for viewing and must check the content before sending it. The page is read-only and accessible to anyone who obtains the URL or code, without a required login. Administrative control is private; whoever holds it can perform the link actions it authorizes.
Free: 24-hour validity and update checks every 30 seconds. With valid PRO access: up to seven days and checks every ten seconds. Network access, processing and service availability are required; the intervals do not guarantee instant updates. The standings shown are those published by the organizer.
Closure or expiry prevents further public retrieval once confirmed by the service. It does not remove screenshots or copies already received, or guarantee an immediate change on an offline screen. Closure is not immediate physical deletion of the remote record. Live Links are not a backup of your collection or synchronization for editing on multiple devices.
7. Free and PRO
The interface identifies free features and those requiring PRO. PRO extends access to the formats and features identified in the app, including enhanced Live Link conditions. It does not mean unlimited storage capacity or uninterrupted availability.
Valid monthly and annual subscriptions unlock the same PRO features. On iOS, the legacy permanent-access product is recognized when valid under the original purchase; it is not a renewing subscription. Authorization comes from the compatible store. A backup, preference or restoration of the collection does not grant it. Purchase transfer between Android and iOS is not promised.
When the store no longer recognizes valid access, new PRO actions may be blocked. This does not delete saved tournaments, Circuits or drafts.
8. Billing, renewal, cancellation and restoration
Before purchasing, check the product, period, price, currency and any promotional conditions shown by Google Play or the App Store. The website and viewer do not charge you. We do not independently convert prices or currencies.
Subscriptions are charged and automatically renewed by the store under the confirmed offer unless cancelled under the conditions and by the deadline it specifies. Cancel through subscription management in the purchasing account: Google Play or Apple. Uninstalling, deleting tournaments or no longer using the app does not cancel a subscription.
After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the period recognized by the store, subject to applicable refund, reversal or revocation rules. Codes and offers, when available, are redeemed through the store’s mechanisms and follow its eligibility and duration conditions.
To recover a recognized purchase, use Restore purchases on the compatible platform with the store account used for the purchase. This may require a connection and confirmation from the store. It does not restore files or tournaments or create a new subscription. Refunds and billing issues are handled through store channels without excluding mandatory consumer rights or KD Labs’ legal responsibilities.
9. Failures and optional diagnostics
A failure may require another attempt or a corrective update. Diagnostics, when offered, require explicit permission and contain only the limited technical information described in the Privacy Policy. They are not a backup upload, real-time support or a guarantee of recovery.
Declining, cancelling or failing to send a report does not change your selected data store or PRO entitlement. Do not send passwords or private Live Link controls to support. The contact channel accepts requests but does not guarantee remote access to your collection or an immediate fix.
10. Third parties, availability and limitations
Features may depend on Supabase, Cloudflare, Google Play, Apple, the operating system and file or sharing providers chosen by the user. Their terms and policies also apply to their respective services.
Connectivity, free space, versions, data integrity, device conditions and service availability may affect operation. Uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors or indefinite preservation of links is not promised. KD Labs’ legal responsibilities and users’ mandatory rights remain in force; these limitations do not exclude them.
11. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not use the service to violate the law or others’ rights, publish unlawful or unnecessary content, exploit others’ permissions or data, bypass purchases or safeguards, automate abuse or interfere with the service. Restrictions on copying, disassembly or exploitation of the software are subject to legal exceptions.
Brands, interfaces, code and original materials belong to their respective owners. Entered competition data and third-party content retain their respective rights. You authorize the processing needed for requested actions, such as calculating standings or publishing a link, without granting unrestricted use of names or content.
12. Changes, languages and privacy
Features may receive fixes and changes, subject to existing commitments and mandatory rights. Material changes to these Terms will be identified by version and date and communicated appropriately. This revision for version 1.5.0 takes effect on October 30, 2026; it does not retroactively govern earlier use.
The Brazilian Portuguese and English versions have the same scope and obligations. Choosing a language does not change entered data or competition rules. The Privacy Policy explains data, services, retention and rights.
13. Applicable law and contact
The laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil apply without excluding mandatory consumer protections applicable to you. Disputes will be handled by the legally competent courts, including those at the consumer’s place of residence where applicable. No mandatory arbitration or exclusive jurisdiction is imposed.
